I’m back with 2 of my favorite puzzle “Star Wars Galaxy 5″ cards!
First is a 4 card “Jango Fett” piece:
And this 4 card puzzle of “Zam Wesell” which is probably my personal favorite.
Due a lot to the bright colors I used! 
And the white rim-lighting!
I got really interested in the whole “Star Wars” thing when doing these. I hope I’ll be apart of future sets!
I will have a UstreamTV show sometime this week, barring any unseen disasters!
I’ll be inking some of my other/older commissions that are past due…trying to clear out some stuff before I start a new schedule.
When the “new” schedule starts it will be a consistant one.
I plan on doing the “Wednesday Nite Sketch” and the “secret” show to be announced when I can actually start it!
I might try to find time to put in a $10 head sketch day in the meantime…but that all depends on how busy DC Licensing wants to keep me this year…which so far has been “busy!”

I really love how the colors pop as well, especially the last one! I’m also digging the Yoda and Darth Maul you posted below!
How did you come to do these? Does Topps ask various artist to submit cards or do you go to them and say, I want to be apart of this? The reason I’m asking is, my son and I are big Star Wars Clone Wars fans. Their cards for Season 1 have already been released but if they were to ever put out more cards in the future, I hope you do some of those! I’d love to add them to our collection! Awesome work, John!

So I took 100 cards.
Topps sends an “invite” to artists’ and then you reply back whether or not you want to do the work. This one was a tight deadline…30 days!
I should be on the next set…I want to be!
Now that I’ve done these, and became more familiar with the “Star Wars” stuff…I’m really up to the next set. I have a lot of ideas.
Deadline permitting…I might take 200 on the next set I’m invited to!

I have no doubt Topps will accept the cards you did and include them. I’ll have to keep an eye out on ebay in the coming months!

Oh, yes, they are already approved. These are not ‘spec’ cards.
